All items are subject to availability as our inventory changes daily. We will personally contact you and will do our best to accommodate you if your item is not immediately available. All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery.


How do I know if my order was placed?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing your order.

When will I receive my order?
All orders placed are scheduled to ship within 48 hours from the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Thank you ahead of time for your patience as we strive to ship you as soon as humanly possible while providing a top quality product. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped.

What if I need to change my order?
Any changes to your order must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How much is shipping? Do I pay sales tax?
We are offering a special $5.00 standard shipping on your entire order. So stock up! Only California residents will pay 9% sales tax.

Can I expedite shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping at checkout. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
For every different ship to address you must submit a new order.

Where is my shipment coming from?
All products featured on this website are designed, produced and shipped from Los Angeles, California and Made in the USA.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the US. Sorry for the inconvenience.


On all regular priced merchandise we can accommodate returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving the item.

Otherwise, we will gladly accept exchanges or store credit for new, unwashed items purchased after the 10 days.

Underwoo and any special promotions/sales are Final Sales.


We offer custom monogrammed lettering as an option on items when specified. Monogramming on Sand & Sea Hobo bags is available for $10. Please allow 7 to 10 extra business days for this process. Monograms are in capital letters only. Single (1) letter monograms and are 3" tall. Two (2) & three (3) letter monograms are 1" tall.
