Returns & Exchanges


Please see below order deadlines to ensure delivery by 12/24.

West Coast Delivery: December 18th.

East Coast Delivery: December 16th, 3pm PST.

Canada Delivery: December 10th, 3pm PST.

Custom Chainstitch/Cashmere Applique: December 7th, 3pm PST.

RETURNS: During the holiday season, orders placed between November 24th – December 24th can be returned until January 15th. This does not include customized items, sale, sealed apothecary, gift cards and UnderWoo. 



We are happy to refund full-priced items that are in the same condition they were bought in within 10 days of the date it was received. Otherwise, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns for credit for new, unwashed items purchased after the 10 days. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items after 6 months of the date it was received. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Underwoo, gift cards, earrings, sealed apothecary, customizable items and sale items are final sale.


Online Exchanges:

We are happy to offer free exchanges on any full-priced item. We believe the fit is an essential part of making a garment perfect. When you receive your item, try it out: if for any reason it’s not perfect, we’ll get you one that is - at no extra cost. 


Online Returns: 
For online orders in the U.S., we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Please click the button below to start a return.

Customs Duties & Taxes:

Any customs duties and sales taxes paid on your purchase are non-refundable through The House of Woo. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
In-Store Returns:
A receipt/ gift receipt must accompany all in store returns. 
If you'd like to exchange a gift, the remaining balance will be added to a gift card for future use. For returns, the balance will be returned to the original form of payment.
