What are the minimums?
Minimums depend on the custom product that is being designed. Each product has the minimums stated on the product description. Depending on the final treatment for the item, minimums may be able to be adjusted so please reach out to us below with your desired quantity, hat style and customization.
What is the turnaround?
Turnaround for our Custom Hat option is approximately 30-45 business days after finalization of your order. Any changes in the design or final customization treatment may cause a delay in your order.
What happens after I pay?
Once you pay and we receive product details, a team member will reach out and let you know the turnaround time, approve your design with the selected treatment and will send a digital mock up of your item.
What will be the total cost of my order?
At checkout, you are paying a 50% deposit for your order. Once our team member reaches out after checkout and confirms your final design and provides a digital mock up, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Any changes to the design, shipping address, or add ons will be sent as an additional invoice before shipment.
What colors/fabrics are available?
All colors and fabric options on the drop down menu are available for full custom orders. If you had a specific color or fabric in mind, please reach out below with the product you're interested in, the quantity and the color/fabric.
Is it possible to do less than the minimum? Can we split the quantity into 2 colors or 2 different styles or designs?
While we don't offer minimums below 150 for online custom orders, please feel free to reach out to us below with your idea and one of our design team members will be in touch. Please include your ideal quantity, customization options and artwork.
For our online fully custom items we have taken considerations for time and various resources including fabric as we do our best to minimize waste. If you can't meet our full custom minimum, we highly recommend our Make it Personal program found here.
Can I order a sample of a custom hat?
We are not offering orders of custom hat samples at this time. If you want to see a sample, we recommend ordering one of our customizable pieces here or reaching out for a digital mock up.
How do I get started?
Please fill out the form on the product page and complete payment to begin the custom manufacturing process.
What are specs for artwork?
The artwork should be to the size you'd like it made on your hat. Our max embroidery size is 2.5" x 5". We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .psd, or .png.
Tips:
We always recommend taking out a similar item at home and a tape measure to figure out what dimensions work best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it out to give you an idea.
