Payments accepts the following payment options: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AfterPay.

Credit Card Payments - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover cards, via checkout. 

Paypal - is available for customers at the checkout, and can be used as an express checkout option. 

Apple Pay - is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Google Pay - is available for customers with registered accounts.

PayPal Pay Later - is now available for customers located in the United States and Australia. 

Please note, we do not have access or control over buy now, pay later payments. Please contact the service provider for questions or concerns.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on items marked down for sales, our yearly Sample Sale, Black Friday or on Cyber Monday. We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased at a discount that are further reduced.

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotion, other than free shipping and are not valid on previous purchases, international orders or towards the purchase of gift certificates.


What are your delivery times?

All orders placed are scheduled to ship within 2 business days depending on the item availability.

Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

What about customized items?

How much is shipping?

We are offering a special for our email subscribers, Free Shipping for life! Every month we send out a new code for free shipping so be sure to sign up and stay up to date with all that is Woo. Non-email subscribers pay our standard $5 flat rate shipping.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to make a change to your address before the items have shipped, you can email us at Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address once a package has been shipped out.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All products ship from our design studio and HQ in the Arts District in Los Angeles, California.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer refunds on full-priced items within 10 days of the date it was received. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

-Underwoo, gift cards, earrings, sealed apothecary, customizable items and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

- The House of Woo reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased via our website on the same style in a different size or color.

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

We cannot accept exchanges for items after 6 months of the date it was received. 

How will I receive store credit?

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire. 

How can I cancel my order?

Any changes to your order must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

After your refund has been processed by us, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account. Refund times vary.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns typically take 3 - 4 business days to process.

Once we issue the refund, you will receive an email with the return confirmation. Refunds take approximately 3 - 5 business days to appear in your account.

If after 5 business days, you do not see your refund in your account but have a refund confirmation email or your return was processed in-store, please contact your banking institution.
